Tuna and pasta salad


  • 200 g penne (pasta);
  • 1 red chopped onion;
  • 1 tin of Sf peeled tomatoes;
  • 2 tins of Sf tuna;
  • 1 lemon;
  • Fresh parsley;
  • 2 spoons of olive oil;
  • ¼ spoon of sea salt.


  1. Stew the onion in some olive oil, until it becomes glassy. Add the chopped tomatoes, sprinkle some salt and leave it to boil for about 15 minutes, then add the tuna. Boil it for 5 more minutes.
  2. Cook the pasta following the instructions.
  3. Chop the parsley and stir it with 1 spoon of olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
  4. Add the boiled pasta over the tomato sauce and parsley and stir. Turn off the ire and put the parsley mix.
