Pineapple cheesecake2
Ingredients:
Base:
- 190g dry cush;
- 130g butter
Filling:
- 4 eggs;
- 250g sugar;
- 700g cheese cream;
- 2 spoons of starch;
- vanilla;
- 6 pineapple slices
Caramelized pineapple:
- 1 tin of Sun Food pineapple slices;
- 200g sugar;
- 50 ml cream;
- 2 spoon of water.
Method:
Base - Pour the butter over the pounded dry cush. Put the mixture into a pan.
Filling - Mix the eggs and the sugar, then add the cheese cream and vanilla. Mix them then add the starch. Pour the mixture over the base and bake it for 55-60 min. After 10-15 min of baking add the pineapple pieces.
Caramelized pineapple - Cut in half the pineapple slices. Caramelize the sugar with the water then add the liquid cream and the pineapple. Put it into the fridge.
